Story of SåS
Our repertoire includes catering to your ever-changing, intimate, multi-course dinner for larger weddings, cocktail events and relaxed evening parties. We want to bring the tasty and beautiful food on restaurant level in our own style for every occasion.
We use local and domestic ingredients from root to leaf and leaf. Our business is based on the idea of ”forest-to-table”, so we collect and store a large number of forest produce in spring and summer for use during winter. Our dishes focus on four different seasons, and we always use naturally available fresh ingredients, matching the current time of the year in Finland.
