NATURE IS ALWAYS CLOSE.

Sås Catering’s basic idea has formed from us both having the interest and appreciation for raw materials. We fed up with the idea of sandwich cakes and gravlax, so we decided to do things our way.

Our style consists of personalized and casual, our kind of customer service. A customer is always an individual. That’s why we most preferably discuss events face-to-face, or through the phone, so we can customize the concept exactly how you’d like it.

The heart of a successful catering service is good food. We still think that the big picture is the thing that matters. We want to bring our secondhand plates and props so we can provide our kind of rustic atmosphere.

NEW THROUGH RECYCLING.

Even though we have left sandwich cakes behind, there is still place for the old stuff. All of our cutlery has been little by little bought from flea markets wherefrom we have found our favorite plates.

We continuously develop our activity towards sustainability, and for example, our new aprons and wipes are made of old curtains.

Minimizing of wastage is seen for example in a sour milk sauce which is often served as a part of the main dish. The sauce is made of whey, which is trickled from sour cream that we use in our starters. This is the kind of a red line we want to find in our menus.

We are constantly looking for new and interesting suppliers.
