Sås Cateringin perusajatus on saanut alkunsa molempien kiinnostuksesta luontoon ja arvostuksesta raaka-aineita kohtaan. Kyllästyimme ajatukseen voileipäkakuista ja graavilohesta ja päätimme tehdä asiat omalla tyylillämme.

Meidän tyylimme koostuu yksilöllisestä ja rennosta, meidänlaisesta, asiakaspalvelusta. Asiakas on meille aina yksilö, siksi juttelemmekin suunnitelluista tilaisuuksista mieluiten kasvotusten tai puhelimessa, jotta konsepti saadaan räätälöityä juuri oikean näköiseksi.

Hyvä ruoka on toki onnistuneen catering-toiminnan ydin. Mielestämme kokonaisuudella on kuitenkin todella paljon väliä. Haluamme aina tuoda paikan päälle omat kirppislautasemme ja rekvisiittamme, jotta tunnelma on meidänlaisemme, rustiikkinen.

We have experience from food styling in photoshoots, promotions and organizing of photoshoots. We also have photographers in our network, so we can help you organize the whole photoshoot. We also rent chefs for promotional and other events.

Dinner at Home

Our core philosophy is to offer restaurant quality food outside of restaurants. Home dinners ar the best example of this. We bring nordic fine-casual dinners to your home, including the chefs, waiters and food. You can just enjoy the good company and we’ll handle the rest. We offer menus from two to eight courses. We always customize the menu together with the customer.

Example menu

Fermented, roasted and pickled parsley root and sourcream.

Charred cod, steamed, burnt and pickled cabbage, potatoes, dandelliion capers and mizuna with chives.

Spruce parfait, financier, roasted milk, white chocolate, spruceshoots and sour milk sauce.

We also provide food to various kinds of events and festivals. Whether you need someone to sell food at your event, classic catering or backstage catering, we can handle it.

Of course we also do all kinds of family events. We have alot of experience from planning and executing weddings together with our customers. Also graduation, confirmation and traditional holiday festivities are familiar to us.
